My name is Travis Kulwicki. I started cello at 5 years old. I have a Bachelor's Degree in cello performance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and two Master's Degrees in Cello Performance and Chamber Music from the University of Michigan. My primary teachers include Anthony Elliott, Karen Becker, Andrew Jennings, and the Chiara String Quartet. I have been a member of Lincoln's Symphony Orchestra and a regular sub with the Omaha Symphony. While living in Nebraska, I taught at the Omaha Conservatory while maintaining a private studio in Lincoln. I have experience teaching all ages and levels.
I am Michelle Kulwicki. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Cello Performance from the University of Michigan and a Master's Degree in Cello Performance from DePaul University. My primary teachers include Anthony Elliott, Stephen Balderston, and Benjamin Gish. I have performed in many chamber settings and have worked with artists including the Guarneri and Takacs String Quartets, Menahem Pressler, and eight blackbird. I play with many area orchestras and am currently the Assistant Principal Cellist in the Lansing Symphony Orchestra. I especially enjoy teaching and working with young children and highly value the parent-teacher-student connection.
